* * * SHARE AND SHARE ALIKE * * *

We believe that live theater is something that everyone should have a chance to experience - so dress rehearsal for each of our four main productions this year will be designated a 'Share and Share Alike Show'. You share your time and enjoyment, we share some entertainment, we all share with those who need some help by our Food Bank donations. A dress rehearsal is just like the "real" show. It's a final runthough to make the actors confident. What better way to do that than to have an audience to react to you? So this is a chance to see the show for free. Just donate non-perishable items for the Food Bank.  Join us and come enjoy!

Dracula October 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, 31 at Twelve Stone Farm (directions). This version is not for little kiddies but is full of fun and suspense for everyone else.This version of Dracula is a 1924 stage play adapted from the Bram Stoker novel. It was the first adaptation of the novel authorised by Stoker’s widow, and has influenced many subsequent adaptations. It compresses some of the scenes and eliminates some characters from the novel. It is set in Dr Seward’s asylum in England. His daughter’s friend died mysteriously and now his daughter is ill. Dr. Seward seeks help from VanHelsing, a noted expert in both strange diseases and the supernatural. Their consultations are interrupted by the escape of a raving patient, Renfield — a man who seems able to escape even the most secure room. Dr. Seward’s recent neighbor, a count from Transylvania who has bought nearby Carfax Abbey, has become a frequent visitor to the doctor’s home. The action grows more threatening and tense as the story progresses to its conclusion. In the spirit of the season, a free beverage coupon will be given if you arrive as a vampire — and all performances are after dark, so it’s safe. Fundraising raffle for a “stake dinner” for 2. Seating limited to 100 per night.
